RV Communities Co Formed

A new group of investors has formed Prestige RV Living Communities (PRVLC), a RV park management and ownership company with the intention to acquire and operate existing RV parks.The investor group is headed by Managing Partner, Paul M Principe. He is a long time manufactured housing/RV industry veteran and was previously President of General Home Systems Ltd (Canada) as well as Chief Operating Officer of The Commodore Corporation (Syracuse, IN). At Commodore, Principe startedit's former park model RV division that developed its Baycastle and Baycrest lines of park model RV homes.Principe states that PRVLCs intent is to acquire existing older or derdeveloped RV and/or mobile home parks and refurbish and redevelop them into upscale destination RV Resorts. Negotiations on the acquisition of several operations are currently underway and several others are under active consideration. PRVLC will initially operate primarily in the Southeastern U.S. and is headquartered in GA
